Energy Balance Workshop

What would life be like with more energy?
What would you be capable of?
What would you do differently?

Can you identify what boosts your energy and what drains it away?
Perhaps certain kinds of people, common situations, specific activities, eating patterns, sleep, even the time of the day (mid-afternoon slump anyone?), of the month (ladies!) or of the year (the winter blues).

Building awareness of your energy triggers (either boosting or draining) is the first step in understanding how to manage your energy levels and create the right balance of energy when and where you need it.

From then you can start taking steps to ensure you’re fuelling your body with the right foods at the right time and clearing your mind and your life of toxic energy drains, focusing instead on the thoughts and behaviours that boost energy.

In 2011 and 2012 at various locations across Amsterdam, I will be co-hosting the Energy Balance Workshop that takes a total mind-body approach to managing energy levels by combining coaching exercises, lead by me, with nutritional advice, lead by certified health professional, Kyrin Hall.

The Energy Balance Workshop builds awareness of energy boosts and energy drains and helps participants to identify simple steps to keep their energy levels in balance.

The 1.5 hour workshop will be held in Amsterdam at the European Professional Women’s Network in February 2012. To be kept informed of the plans and dates please drop me a line.
